For our Client, a well-known internationally operating Pharma Company, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative 100% (w/m) to start immediately.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality of service to Swiss Customers
  • Answer telephone enquiries from customers and provide professional support
  • Act as one of the primary contacts to customers by being the first point of contact for order processing, material availability and other order related questions
  • Contribute by being actively involved to resolve supply issues via effective coordination and communication in close cooperation with all parties involved
  • Support internal and external audits (incl. Health Authority inspections) and help establishing and updating the relevant documentation
  • Proactively identify improvements to ensure supply to end customers is efficient and protected
  • Operational responsible for day-to-day activities in Customer Support
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders (both manual- & EDI-orders as well as sample orders and special orders)
  • Follow up on backorders as well as blocked orders
  • Actively participate in quality meetings

Your Qualification and Skills

  • A strong customer focused mentality combined with excellent communication skills
  • Very good knowledge in German, English and French
  • Very good skills and experience in using SAP (Comet) ERP System
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Ability to combine project work and process improvements with the day to day tasks and activities
  • Ability to think conceptually while keeping a good eye on details
  • Accurate and precise in the execution of tasks
  • Previous Supply chain or Customer service experience is a Plus
