Frankfurt am Main (Germany), 25 April 2024 – The global staffing firm Robert Half has appointed two new Vice Presidents, Emine Yilmaz and Silke Burgers, for the areas of permanent placement and interim management. Both will be responsible for the respective specialized teams in Germany, France and Switzerland and will report to Sven Hennige, Senior Managing Director Central Europe & France.

In her new role, Emine Yilmaz is responsible for the strategy, further expansion, and continuous development of cross-team collaboration between the permanent placement teams in the German, French and Swiss markets. A trained foreign language correspondent and interpreter, she started her career at Robert Half's Munich office more than ten years ago and specialized early on in advising companies on permanent placement solutions for specialized professionals. Most recently, she was Vice President Permanent Placement Germany and Switzerland as well as branch manager for the Stuttgart region.

As Vice President Management Resources, Silke Burgers oversees the division specialized in interim solutions at Robert Half for the German, French and Swiss markets. The Management Resources teams support companies in the placement of qualified specialists and executives on project basis as well as interim managers in the placement of corresponding projects, primarily in finance and accounting, IT, human resources and legal. The qualified IT manager and certified project manager joined Robert Half in 2006 as a Consultant Temporary Services. She has been Head of Management Resources at Robert Half for North Rhine-Westphalia since 2021 and for Germany at large since 2023. Under her leadership, Management Resources in Germany has achieved disproportionately strong growth in recent years and has entered in a close collaboration with Protiviti, a management consultancy and subsidiary of Robert Half. Under her leadership, the growth potential shall continue to be leveraged and replicated in France and Switzerland.

Sven Hennige, Senior Managing Director Central Europe & France, added: " Both Emine and Silke can proudly look back on an impressive and successful career at Robert Half. That has been fueled not only by the industry expertise and experience they have gained over the years, but also by their relentless focus on constantly questioning and challenging themselves and their teams to continuously develop and improve our approaches, advisory and services – while keeping our clients and candidates at the heart of everything we do. Both are excellent role models for their teams, but also for all colleagues at Robert Half. Today, I am already looking forward with great excitement on how they will further develop themselves and their teams in their new roles."
