Receptionist 100% (f/m)

For our client, an international financial company in the Zurich, we are looking with start as soon as possible for a Receptionist with Portuguese 100% (f/m).
- First point of contact for clients and partners in person, by telephone or Mail
- Welcoming clients on the phone or arriving in person
- In charge for the organization from the office area and the reception
- Coordination with several external Partners
- Organization of video conferences
- In charge of the coordination of the meeting rooms
- Performing daily administrative tasks (like filing, scanning, faxing)
Your Qualification and Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position as receptionist, assistant or in office management
- Fluent in English, very good level of Portuguese & German necessary
- Very good MS Office command
- Passion to work with international clients at the reception
- Ability to multi-task and deal with several requests at the same time
- Can-do attitude and customer satisfaction-oriented attitude
