Our client is a leading (Re)insurance company. Based in Zurich city, the company has a strong reputation on the International market. In order to reinforce their HR deparetement they are looking for a HR Assistant to start immediately.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits (pension, health insurance, social insurances)
- Distributing HR documents to employees (i.e. tax cards)
- Connect with local payroll provider, national authorities, benefits vendors
- Supporting in new hire onboarding
- Assist in obtaining visa and permits, ensures employee records are compliant and complete
- Assist all employees with HR queries for Zurich and the international branches
- Absence & Time Management: support with employee queries regarding vacation, absences (all offices), update and maintain the HR Tool with absence data where required
- Maintain the employee records in the HR Tool
- Assist with reporting needs for Global Head of HR
