For our client, an international company with European Headquarter in Zug, we are urgently looking for a Head of HR Switzerland (f/m) 100%.

Your Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Support functions with their talent and development plans

  • Assist related functions in the development of talent and succession plans

  • Monitor the achievement of development plans

Employee Lifecycle

  • Implement strategies and processes for recruiting, talent management, employee retention and succession planning

  • Directly recruit staff, including placement of ads, screening candidates, interviewing, evaluating and making offers

  • Establish performance management and professional development programs to foster employee growth

  • Develop compensation, commission and bonus programs that align with company objectives

  • Development of Group policies e.g. expenses, travel

HR Systems

  • Participate in the implementation of HR systems globally

  • Monitor the use of HR systems and measurements and initiate corrective action to ensure compliance

  • Provide hands on assistance and guidance after implementation on how to use systems

  • Create and execute plans to support further roll-out

HR Planning

  • Ensure HR initiatives are deployed according to plan

  • Support the functions in their HR related admin processes

  • Ensure full compliance of HRIS and other admin processed within functional and geographic remit

HR Strategy

  • Use talent analytics to drive employee performance. Compile, interpret and present metrics on effectiveness of programs and insight into areas of improvement

  • Assess effectiveness of company departments; drive accountability and improvement through clearly communicated and measurable KPIs

  • Integrate company values and principles into company systems such as performance management and selection processes

  • Develop, promote and strengthen the desired Company culture

Your Qualification and Skills

  • Master/Bachelor Degree or further HR Education (eidg. Fachausweis)

  • At least 5 years relevant experience as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner in international companies

  • High Level of proficiency in all MS Office products

  • Excellent English skills is a MUST, German must be fluent

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a matrix structure

  • Strong leadership and influence skills for all levels of the business

  • Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others
