For the head quarter of our client, an international company in the industry sector with more than 100.000 employees in over 100 countries, we are looking with start as soon as possible for a temporary Management Assistant 100% (f/m).

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Senior Management calendar and schedule on and offsite appointments
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries
  • Screen and prioritize incoming mail, e-mails and phone calls
  • Create presentations, conduct research and spearhead special projects in preparation for board meetings
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Board of Directors
  • Prepare and audit expense reports
  • Draft professional correspondence

Your Qualification and Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting Senior Management
  • Prior experience managing activities for a Board of Directors
  • High Level of proficiency in all MS Office products
  • Excellent Level of German and English (written and oral)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a proactive approach in anticipating needs of the Senior Management
