For an International healthcare company in Zurich we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist 100% (f/m) with strong Dutch, English and French skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality of service to customers in Switzerland
  • Act as one of the primary contacts to customers by being the first point of contact for order processing, material availability and other order related questions
  • Contribute by being actively involved to resolve supply issues via effective communication and in close cooperation with all parties involved
  • Support internal and external audits (incl. Health Authority inspections) and help establishing and updating the relevant documentation
  • Proactively identify improvements to ensure supply to end customers is efficient and protected
  • Comply with all sponsor and local government regulations, guidelines and procedures Major Activities
  • Operational responsible for day-to-day activities in Customer Support
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders (both manual- & EDI-orders as well as sample orders and special orders)
  • Follow up on backorders as well as blocked orders
  • Answer telephone enquiries from customers and provide professional support
  • Ensure correct set up of Customer Master Data (complying with Health Authority registration)
  • Actively participate in supply meetings, in order to handle all supply issues and mitigate negative impacts of OOS situations by coordinated product allocation and prioritization
  • Actively participate in quality meetings and support establishing and updating Customer Service documentation and SOP's
  • Drive forward to support projects for process improvement

Your Qualification and Skills

  • Completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in order processing or Customer Service would be an advantage
  • Very good Dutch, English and French skills
  • Comprehensive Customer Care and developed service mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office user skills and good SAP knowledge
  • Ability to take stress as well as a reliable manner of working
  • High Flexibility
