Already well-established in Europe, Americas and Asia and due to the expansion of their strategy in Switzerland, Robert Half has been exclusively mandated to find for their new branch in Zürich an administrative Assistant (Chinese speaking) 100% (f/m).


The administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Head of Administration Department. The person will provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.



Your Responsibilities



  • Draft correspondence letters, reports and other documents

  • Maintain office files

  • Coordinate work flow

  • Research, price and purchase office equipment and office supplies

  • Coordinate and maintain records for office keys and parking space

  • Arrange for payment

  • Research and assist with the preparation of reports or other documents

  • Prepare agendas and schedule meetings

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors

  • Perform other related duties as required



Your Qualification and Skills



  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and German

  • Speaking in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must

  • Service orientated: the ability to provide the highest level of service and friendliness to external and internal customers

  • Strong communication skill; the ability to communicate in an open and respectful manner

  • Experience in an international corporate environment would be an advantage

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Cultural Awareness; be aware of and respect the cultural differences and backgrounds of the colleagues and customers and respond adequately without offending the other party
