For our client, a not-profit organization within the medical sector, we are looking for a Logistics and Event & Congress Manager 100% (f/m).

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all-over logistics and contracting with congresses centers and PCOs
  • Organizing and conducting mandatory site inspections of confirmed and potential venues
  • Negotiation with suppliers and discusses supplier contracts
  • Supervising Congress Coordinators
  • Supervision of congress room, technical equipment and signage
  • Checking of budget and invoices
  • Managing and coordination of booth/desk construction
  • Ensuring of security management and event insurances
  • Organization of transportation for delegations
  • Coordination of committee meetings
  • Preparing of bids and Pco presentations

Your Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Event Management, Hospitality or related field
  • 5-8 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English written and spoken (any other language is a plus)
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and presentation
  • Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
