Vacancy: Administrative Expert (f/m/x) - We are looking for an administrative Expert (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel. The hire is carried out as employee leasing. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.
Your Responsibilities as Administrative Expert (f/m/x)
- General administrative support, e.g. correspondence, preparation of drafts, coordination of appointments, database administration, preparation of meetings, etc.
- Participation in administrative projects, e.g. organization of special events
- Organisation of travel arrangements and handling travel expenses
- Organisation of meetings and videoconferences
- Preparation of presentations
Your Qualification and Skills
- Commercial training
- 3 - 5 years experience in administration, ideally in an international business environment
- Fluent in English and preferably also in German - every additional language is a plus
- Very good MS Office and IT skills
- Experience in handling administrative projects
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working with hands-on mentality
